Return Policy

All of your products are custom ordered for your home. We are happy to assist you if you are unhappy with a particular product after it's arrival. Architechtronics has a 14-day return policy that includes a store credit for a large portion of the products in your project, as long as they are returned in their original condition.

We regret we cannot accept returns of labor and Installation services preformed, automated or mechanical shades; custom ordered artwork; mirrored televisions; items purchased "As-Is", on Special Sale, or items that are damaged. All televisions, computers, DVD or media players, require a 20% restocking fee.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days of receipt of merchandise, and we reserve the right to deny any return.
