Q: What do i do if there’s a power outage?
A: Everything should restore to the proper state and the automation system will recover as if all rooms were turned off. This process can take 10-20 minutes to complete however.
Q: What should I do if the remote isn’t working?
A: One of the most common problems could be that the batteries are low. Try removing and reinstalling, wait 30 seconds then press the red 4 button, 4 times. In a worse case scenario rebooting the controllers will fix the problem as well.
Q: What should I do if I can’t get online?
A: We suggest removing power from the router & modem. Wait 30 seconds and plug them back in. After a few minutes the Internet should come back, if not we would suggest giving your provider a call to confirm if there are any outages.
